Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women. We value our members and event participants and are committed to providing meaningful opportunities for connection, education, and professional growth.

Event Tickets

All ticket purchases for events, whether virtual or in-person, are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, The Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women does not issue refunds due to scheduling conflicts, changes in availability, or personal circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us in writing prior to the event date.

Membership Payments

All membership fees are non-refundable. By enrolling as a member, you agree to the terms of membership for the full annual cycle, regardless of participation level or changes in circumstances.

Membership Auto-Renewal

Memberships at The Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women automatically renew every year using the payment method on file. You will receive notification prior to your renewal date.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before your renewal date by logging into your account on our website and managing your membership settings. Cancellations cannot be processed retroactively after renewal.
