Stop Managing, Start Leading: The Shift That Scales a Business

Join us for an evening with Michele Rebetti, a leadership and talent development expert with more than 30 years of experience, including senior roles at the American Management Association and YSL Beauté, the iconic luxury house behind Yves Saint Laurent and Oscar de la Renta.

At our upcoming event, Stop Managing, Start Leading: The Shift That Scales a Business, Michele will share practical insight for business owners and professionals who are ready to step out of the day-to-day and lead with more clarity, intention, and impact.

If you have ever felt stretched thin, buried in the weeds, or like growth keeps hitting a wall because too much still depends on you, this workshop is designed for you. You will leave with a stronger leadership presence, practical mindset shifts you can apply right away, and a clearer approach to delegation so you can focus more of your time on what actually moves your business forward.

A live Q&A will follow the presentation, allowing you to get insight into your own challenges and goals.
