Kevin Kelly is Chief Experience Officer at Live Smart AI and co-author of The Disney Way for the Digital Age. You can also hear him on the podcast by the same name. A 30-year veteran of brand strategy and creative technology, he helps companies, from boutique hotels to national brands, use voice AI and smart tech to deliver unforgettable service. Kevin has spoken at SXSW, CES, and HITEC, as well as many national Tourism Conferences.
