Carolyn Doyle
Vice President of Temporary Staffing
Lloyd Staffing

Carolyn Doyle is the Vice President of Temporary Staffing for Lloyd Staffing where she directs the operations, account management and sales teams dedicated to providing contingent workforce talent to companies both locally and nationally. Since joining Lloyd in 2005, she has implemented strategic management initiatives focusing on strong customer service, innovative solutions and best practices in workforce retention and performance. Prior to her employment with Lloyd, Carolyn was a Senior Vice President for Bowne Business Solutions in Manhattan and a Vice President and Regional Market Manager for Randstad North America.

Almost her entire professional career has had a basis in recruiting and retaining human capital. Carolyn is nationally certified as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) by the American Staffing Association, a designation which requires rigorous training and testing in all areas of Federal and State employment law, discrimination in the workplace and equal employment opportunity. To corporate America, certification represents the highest level of quality service and staffing professionalism. It requires ongoing continuing education coursework and is a benchmark process by which all staffing practitioners can be measured.

During her tenure at Lloyd Staffing, Carolyn has twice served as a Jobs and Career Panelist for the annual Newsday/CareerBuilder career expo. At her previous employer, she was one of only a select few managers to participate in an International Executive Summit led by the Harvard Business School with a focus on the Service Profit Chain and how it links growth and profit to loyalty, sales and value.

A graduate of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, an independent liberals arts women’s college, Carolyn received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She is actively involved in both professional and community organizations including the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Adoptive Parents Committee, Nassau County PAL and has been a member of the Bayville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary since 1990. She currently serves on the Membership Committee of HRNY, a division of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM),

Like most high achievers, Carolyn works hard to find a positive balance between her personal and professional life. She will soon celebrate her 20th wedding anniversary to her husband, John, and she is the proud mother of Michael, 9 and Matthew, 6. A native of Oyster Bay, she now resides with her family in Bayville, NY.
