Carolyn
Doyle is the Vice President of Temporary Staffing for Lloyd Staffing
where she directs the operations, account management and sales teams
dedicated to providing contingent workforce talent to companies
both locally and nationally. Since joining Lloyd in 2005, she has
implemented strategic management initiatives focusing on strong
customer service, innovative solutions and best practices in workforce
retention and performance. Prior to her employment with Lloyd, Carolyn
was a Senior Vice President for Bowne Business Solutions in Manhattan
and a Vice President and Regional Market Manager for Randstad North
America.
Almost her entire
professional career has had a basis in recruiting and retaining
human capital. Carolyn is nationally certified as a Certified Staffing
Professional (CSP) by the American Staffing Association, a designation
which requires rigorous training and testing in all areas of Federal
and State employment law, discrimination in the workplace and equal
employment opportunity. To corporate America, certification represents
the highest level of quality service and staffing professionalism.
It requires ongoing continuing education coursework and is a benchmark
process by which all staffing practitioners can be measured.
During her tenure
at Lloyd Staffing, Carolyn has twice served as a Jobs and Career
Panelist for the annual Newsday/CareerBuilder career expo. At her
previous employer, she was one of only a select few managers to
participate in an International Executive Summit led by the Harvard
Business School with a focus on the Service Profit Chain and how
it links growth and profit to loyalty, sales and value.
A graduate of
Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, an independent liberals
arts women’s college, Carolyn received a Bachelors degree in Business
Administration. She is actively involved in both professional and
community organizations including the Executive Women’s Golf Association,
Big Brothers Big Sisters, Adoptive Parents Committee, Nassau County
PAL and has been a member of the Bayville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary
since 1990. She currently serves on the Membership Committee of
HRNY, a division of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM),
Like
most high achievers, Carolyn works hard to find a positive balance
between her personal and professional life. She will soon celebrate
her 20th wedding anniversary to her husband, John, and she is the
proud mother of Michael, 9 and Matthew, 6. A native of Oyster Bay,
she now resides with her family in Bayville, NY.
