The Long Island Center for Business & Professional Women was the vision of two great women, Fran Slotkin and Helen Warren. They provided the leadership to bring women together to begin a network that would provide support, encouragement, knowledge, inspiration, and motivation. Both of our co-founders served in the role of president. We have had more than a dozen distinguished women serve as president, sharing diversified leadership styles, talents and experience. Their leadership, dreams and achievements hastened the continued growth of the LI Center through the years.
